Meet Cheddar who is a lovely older gentleman who arrived at Greenacres as a stray, so sadly we don't know exactly how old he is or what his life was like before coming into our care. What we do know is that he's a sweet, gentle old boy who deserves to spend his twilight years somewhere warm, safe and surrounded by love.  He isn't looking for anything complicated – just a quiet home, a comfy bed and someone who will appreciate the gentle companionship of an older cat.

Taking on an older pet is a special commitment, and we want Cheddar's future family to understand that with age can come additional care, veterinary needs and the inevitable challenges that come with getting older. But in return, you'll have the opportunity to give a deserving old boy the loving retirement he may never have had. If you can offer Cheddar a peaceful home where he can enjoy his golden years at his own pace, we'd love to hear from you.
